Julia & Julia

I saw Julia & Julia last night with my friend "J." Our husbands were supposed to join us, but at the last minute they decided to see G.I. Joe instead. Us girls really enjoyed the film. We laughed the ENTIRE time! J and her husband love Paris more than any other city in the world. The movie is a blast to watch.

I have designed a menu for tomorrow night inspired by the movie.
Specialty Drink: Loire Lemonade
First Course: Escargot with garlic butter and a splash of cognac
Main: Coq au Vin
Dessert: Apple Torte

I might toss in a simple salad and make a caramel sauce for the apple torte depending on how ambitious I feel tomorrow.
